- ABOUT ME

My name is Isabella, I’m an artist and a Life Skills Trainer.

I have been Managing Director for an American multinational in the medical sector and I’ve held other leadership roles within international contexts.

Thanks to my long-time friend, the imagination, I managed to change my life radically and I created Barabubbles: Barabà, Oco, Finolou and Boda, dreamlike and anthropomorphic characters that convey a message of love, kindness and harmony through their hearts thrown as much as they can and invite you to enter into the bubbles they live in.

Thanks to my art, I realized that “error does not exist” but exists the erring, the wandering: in fact, it’s from what seems apparently wrong that change, innovation and discovery comes out.

In my career I developed a Caring Leadership based on caring for ourselves and others, the absence of judgment and the acceptance of the diversities embodied in each of us.

Through the Barabubbles, the philosophy of error does not exist and the caring Leadership I propose a training to companies, hospitals and institutions inviting them to become protagonists of interaction using creativity as a training tool.

His works are the result of an elaboration and an analysis of society seen through the eyes of the characters of the Barabbubles, born from his imagination and Jung’s psychoanalysis. Not only art but also training. In fact, some of his works are born during training meetings with companies and important brands.
